While some diners note that the prices lean towards the higher end, they often comment on the generous portion sizes and the freshness of the ingredients. The combo of flavors, from the crunch of won ton strips to the creamy texture of avocado, leaves a lasting impression. Order on a kiosk and service is quick as they get orders out all day. The food is extremely tasty you can get it in a bowl or burrito (tortilla) or seaweed wrap which I settled on. Very light and hit the spot with a drink, price is high so I recommend settling on only food at this place, overall a great experience!

Surprisingly very good. I am typically skeptical of Poke places I haven't tried before but this is definitely one I don't mind going to if I have the craving for it. It is on the pricey side but poke prices anywhere seem to be on the rise so it's pretty normal to pay about $20 for a bowl. You order at a kiosk so service is kind of only there when you grab your food. Staff is friendly though. I like that they have both indoor and outdoor seating as the space they have is pretty limited.

When in Vegas recently, I popped into Jaburritos for a quick lunch on a work day. If you love sushi and you love said sushi in burrito form, this is a great meal option. I got the Malibu which was a monster! Construction could be a little tighter on this as it fell apart as soon as I lifted it up. I've had a lot of sushi burritos and then shouldn't be what's happening so just a bit of tightening up in that regard. The Malibu had : Shrimp Tempura, Surimi Crab, Ahi Tuna, Raw Salmon, Spicy Mayo, Avocado, Cucumber, Wonton Strips, and Masago - it's a lot. All the ingredients were fresh and well portioned. The flavor on the sushi burrito was great. It was $24 though - it wasn't $24 great. We also had the grilled terikyaki plate which was good, but also a few dollars too much at $17. That being said, they do have happy hour pricing during that time of day, so that may be the time to go. If you are staying at the Linq Hotel & Casino or visiting the Linq Promenade, it's a quick & cheap sushi option.

Stopped by for a small snack and it did not disappoint. Super fresh and tasty. The mocha ice cream took seconds to defrost and oh what a treat! I Will be back! We sat outside on the patio and the weather was amazing. People watching and snacking! Great place!

I've really like sushi burritos and this place had some unique specialities on the menu. I had the Malibu Burrito which was delicious and the fish was fresh. The service was quick. The place was clean.

What a fun twist on our favorite sushi! Coming from San Diego where we always eat burrito, it was my sushi and burrito merged! Very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. I should have grabbed some more ginger! We had the Malibu, but was torn between that and Redondo. Either way the Malibu did not disappoint. Staff here was very helpful and service was quick. Ambiance is so-so, but eat outside and it is bright, especially at night. Jaburrito is located near the Linq on the strip mall before you reach the actual Linq. Plenty of places to choose from, but pass it all up to try this place. At least give it a try.

Came here on a Monday just before 3pm. There was no wait. Ordered at the kiosk. Ordered the Long Beach. It was ready in under 10 minutes. The sushi burrito was a lot. They run about $20 each but it can easily feed 2 adults. A good value if you split it, which they do slice in half. Rice to filling portion was just right. I liked that the shrimp tempura was crunchy to add texture. I would have liked to add wasabi but I didn't see nor ask.

Decided to try this place out for a quick bite at the Linq. I am a sushi lover, so this category is right up my alley. Food was decent and nothing special. All ingredients found in a sushi roll are put together in one big burrito. If you order a bowl, you get all the ingredients in a bowl. There was nothing special to this place, just your average spot to eat. Like any other place on the Strip, its pricey. I give it a full score because the cashier was friendly and there was adequate amount of seating. If I wasn't super hungry, I would've waited and went to get sushi off the strip. But since I really like sushi, I was willing to try this place out. But i wouldn't come again unless I was in desperate need for food.

Tried the Redondo sushi burrito. $20 cost was ALMOST translatable to the cost of a regular sushi. However, for that price, I would get opt for a higher end meal - not from a fast food joint. Service was fast and the venue was clean considering the amount of traffic that goes through this restaurant. The Redondo was flavorful and loved the crunch. It was filling. I would suggest reinforcing the ends with more sushi wrapper so the fillings don't squeeze out and gets messy when you get towards the opposite end of the burrito. I did like the concept - DFW, Texas can use a joint like this for food enthusiasts.

Found this hidden gem while exploring the LINQ promenade in Vegas...Was craving something fresh and healthy for lunch, like sushi, and Jaburrito for that really nice. Went for their signature $20 Redondo sushi burrito. Think giant sushi roll meets burrito - you can get it wrapped in either rice paper (traditional style) or tortilla. I chose the rice paper version and wow - the texture was incredible! It's packed generously with fresh fish and perfectly balanced flavors. Added a small miso soup and salad on the side to round out my meal. Best part? It left me feeling satisfied and energized without that heavy, post-lunch slump. Exactly what I needed for more exploring. Will definitely hit this spot again on my next Vegas trip!
